I’ve changed my WiFi/router and my Light Panels are not connectingUpdated 3 years ago

The Light Panels will associate with only one WiFi network; if the Light Panels can no longer connect to the original WiFi or the WiFi was changed, the Light Panels will need to be reset and then setup onto the new network. This is shown in the video below. The steps are also written beneath the video.

Please perform these steps in order:

  1. Perform a soft reset on the Nanoleaf Controller following these instructions.
  2. Open the Nanoleaf Smarter Series app and delete the device from ‘My Devices’ (iOS) or ‘Devices’ (Android)
  3. Follow the steps in the app to set your Light Panels up and connect them to your new WiFi network
